Water loss

The property manager of this multi-unit residential complex reached out to us regarding lousy odor and mold in one of the apartment's bathrooms. When our team got there to assess the damage, they noticed water saturations on the walls, the roof, and the floor. We removed all the materials (Tile, drywall, bathtub, pipes, and WC). We cleaned all the studs and components on the inside with water and soap and afterward used antimicrobial to ensure that everything was cleaned entirely and prevent mold. Finally, we used our professional equipment to dry and dehumidify the space, and we went ahead with the reconstruction.
